Hey guys just wanted to give you a heads up on issue 28 of ImagineFX magazine (Special Frazetta birthday issue). This magazine mainly deals with digital artwork but they somehow managed to squeeze my raygun into a feature article.

I also tossed in a plug for the RPF and it's creative members.

Here's a scan of the article -

:eek

I saw that issue on the stand today at Barnes & Noble, but didn't buy it because there wasn't a non-shrinkwrapped copy that I could look through. :lol

:thumbsup Excellent work however.

Thanks guys!
I occasionally get my digital artwork featured in this magazine, but I was really excited when they asked to feature one of my non-digital, prop pieces in the mag.

Thanks man.

BTW, I also have quickie tutorial in there, and an image for the "Frazetta" tribute section.

That's awesome! I loved your raygun, and I love Imagine FX. It's one of my few gotta-get-magazines. That, 3D World, and Make. I often wind up reading Make sooner than IFX or 3D World (I think I'm an issue or two behind..... hmmmm), but I always read it from cover to cover.

Congrats, and thanks for the free advertising!

That's awesome Pat!

I've been so busy I'm behind on reading my issues of ImagineFX too so I hadn't seen the article until this thread.
It's a great magazine!

Congratulations again, Pat. I'm a few months behind on reading my IFX subscription, but I look forward to reading your article.

Awesome !!

Could not have happened to a better guy. A build like yours deserves some attention like this, way to go !

That is fantastic! I really liked your piece and it is great that a broader group of people will be able to enjoy it as well!
