Thanks Alan, that means a lot to me.
I had a great time as well. Funny that there never seems to be enough time when you really, really need it.

Again, and I cannot say this strongly enough, it was an absolute HONOUR to be able to meet you and see your collection.

The level of pride and the passion that Alan puts into his collection is quite literally 'magical'. I was in awe the entire time with the 'layers' of items within each display; so carefully laid out to catch your eye. You can pull up a chair and just sit and stare at each display for hours at a time.
Alan is a truly serious collector and every single item is 1st rate. At times I was suffering from a mental overload and we would take a break for some cool stories and coffee(how many coffees did we drink?).

Anyway, I could go on...
I'll be posting a thread about my visit with Alan, along with some photos, as soon as I get back to Canada.
I only wish I had more time to hang out with Alan. Next time I visit.
