Haha I wasn't able to find any good facehugger rings so I made my ownyou seem to have caught a bug in your 3D print....![]()
What material did you use for dredds on the pictures?
My dad is adamant that we NOT use epoxy or fiberglass (primarily because we made a Pacific Rim drivesuit when I was in 10th grade and it was a bit of a nuisance). I'm trying to explain that foam covered in wood putty and appliance epoxy are going to end up an even bigger nuisance. I think it needs a shell to prevent crackingEpoxy+fiberglass, polyester+fiberglass, any liquide 2K plastic + fiberglass.
It needs to be ready for Halloween so I don't have too much time, but I guess I should give it a shotNoooooo! you can do it Kryptaos ! EVA foam is pretty decent price and easy to work with........Yes metals are expensive but it is a costume![]()
I'm using Vinman's backpack for reference, I'm going to try and freehand it as much as I can but to get myself started I modified some of his photographs into templates, all I need to know is how long the red line should be (the red line is for scaling). These are what I've done so far, these pieces will be laser-cut. I figured if I know how big the piece that goes against your shoulder is, I can build up the restYes Kryptaos that's the spirit!![]()
