My Predator Armor

Priming the mask, it will be silver and likely coated in urethane resin

They look great .They have very good shape. I also did one printed in 3d and it turned out quite well in a thread.

Epoxy+fiberglass, polyester+fiberglass, any liquide 2K plastic + fiberglass.
My dad is adamant that we NOT use epoxy or fiberglass (primarily because we made a Pacific Rim drivesuit when I was in 10th grade and it was a bit of a nuisance). I'm trying to explain that foam covered in wood putty and appliance epoxy are going to end up an even bigger nuisance. I think it needs a shell to prevent cracking

It needs to be ready for Halloween so I don't have too much time, but I guess I should give it a shot

Yes Kryptaos that's the spirit! :D
I'm using Vinman's backpack for reference, I'm going to try and freehand it as much as I can but to get myself started I modified some of his photographs into templates, all I need to know is how long the red line should be (the red line is for scaling). These are what I've done so far, these pieces will be laser-cut. I figured if I know how big the piece that goes against your shoulder is, I can build up the rest

More pieces, I'm not sure how big they need to be but if someone could rescale them 1:1 that would be great

Trying to figure out how to do the knee caps, I made some templates for the trilobite and the bevel but I'm not quite sure the best way to make the bevel 3D
