This weekend I finished up my other ROTJ blaster I've been working on. This is my second go-round of building one of these. The body is MDF, the barrel and grip guard are metal, the real world pieces are just that, the back end piece is plastic, and the detailing was carved out of balsa blocks that were then dipped in fiberglass resin for rigidity. Got the idea from watching a Discovery channel bit on how they make surfboards.
