Yes, I mounted the bust myself, the bust was made and painted by Cyberman.
I really don´t know the total but I guess something like $1700-1800usd.
I have collected the parts for some years now.

Its a masterpiece! Congrats! I would really like put a Maul together as well. And the Cyberman's bust is the next best thing to actually having Ray Park stand there for ya;-)
