My Latest Lightsaber hilt!

Having built 2 Jedi sabers, I decided it was time to build a Sith blade... Its a hardware store/ Dollar store build (except for the blade... It's coming from US...). I already have the LED string soldered and waiting to be installed!

I love these builds, where did the center ribbed grip come from? I'll second the weathering, it looks spectacular

The center grip ribs are actually a plastic tube that you swing around over your head and it makes a whistling sound. Got it in the toy section of dollar tree... I sprayed it with truck bed liner and then dry brushed metallic gold acrylic paint on it.

Nice build for a hardware saber, super excellent weathering and paint. I remember years ago before there were electronics building a couple hardware hilts myself, scanning Lowes and Home Depot shelves for parts. Those were the days.
