My interpretation of Mr Remy Lebeau (Gambit)

hello fellow Aussie im wondering would i be able to commission u to make the coat for me as that's all i need i have the patches just need the coat my email adress is shaunless@hotmail.com please help

Thanks totalzero, that's an awesome compliment! Gambit is one of my all time fav characters :)

he11ios if you go back a page you'll see that I had help with the coat from a good friend of mine... I'm not sure if she's going to do anymore like it but you'd need to pm her.

You know what, you'd make a great Captain Hook from the show Once Upon a Time as well. I still love this Gambit suit as well. One of my favorites.

Hah, thanks! I had to look up the character since I don't watch the show... I've done Jack Sparrow but not someone like this! Gotta love the eye liner wearing pirates though :)

way cool. super keen to get my Rogue costume happening

Thanks a lot :) Yeah I'm wearing it to Supanova this weekend, hoping I'll see a Rogue wandering around! :p I hope you get yours done!

This is one of the best Gambit's I've seen. The chestpiece and boots are fantastic, and the cowl & jacket are pretty much perfect. Excellent work!

Thanks very much! I'm probably going to redo the cowl, this ones just too large for my head (crazy considering I have a big noggin' :p) but yeah it's definitely my fav costume so far... managed to sneak into my local con with my bo staff a few weeks ago too :D

that looks great! would love to see a shot of the coat flowing from behind

call me crazy, but it might not be TOO hard to make some playing card props with pressure sensitive switches and micro LED's inside. Thin clear plastic, frosted then painted so the light glows out around the edges and around the suit on the face of the card
And/Or something like this touch activated LED fingertips for your gloves ;) Touch Activated Finger Led (Glove Optional)

That would be AWESOME! Thanks for that link - I've favourited it. I have NO idea what I'll use it for, but it's very cool! And it would be AMAZING with this costume!

You're welcome :)
That site is full of amazing projects, i have a whole folder full of ones I've bookmarked, also with no idea of what I'll do with any of them lol

I am currently making my own rendition of Gambit's Costume!

I started from scratch! No Pep files! Just made templates on paper then transferred it to EVA foam. I also made the muscles by experimenting on the EVA foam! :)

I hope you like it! :)
