My Indiana Jones costume

Here it is. I'll give you a breakdown of parts later. Just want to get some pics up.

With Todd's Standard Jacket

With Chaps Hipster jacket from Overstock.com (great deal, great jacket)

Perhaps the best find for this was the shirt...$1 at Goodwill!

Thanks, guys. Brad, the Todd's is an xxl. I'm 6' about 210 (I lift a lot of weights and am as wide as a truck across the shoulders). Normally I wear a Large, but I had to send back my xl because it was too tight across the shoulders. The xxl fit perfect.

The hat is an Akubra Federation, shirt was $1 from Goodwill, pants from Shopko, boots are Rockport Farnums, gun belt and bag from costumebase, strap and holster from Todd's, whip is a cheapy I got off ebay. The Overstock jacket is really nice and was cheaper than Todd's Standard... although Todd's is a really great deal too.

Yeah, with my prematurely white whiskers coming in, I'm looking much more the 'older' indy now. My four year old saw a picture from the new movie and said, "Daddy, that doesn't look like Indiana Jones. He's so old!"

I went to Goodwill trying to throw together a quick Indy and I found that shirt. I don't know what brand it is, but it has the shoulder things and pleats on the pockets like the Cabela's shirts. I was pretty happy to get it for a buck.

I'd be very interested in seeing a close-up shot of your face, with the fedora, and with the classic Ford stubble. You seem to look more like harrison than most other Indy costumers.

The costumebase belt is leather...cheap leather, but leather. The holster it came with was too small, so I went with Todd's standard holster which is very nice.

Looking like Harrison. Do you mean how he looks at 65? I'm only 36, so I don't know if that's really a compliment!
