This is my house in downtown Atlanta.

A little while back we had a knock on the door and a fellow asked if we could temporarilly remove a sign that was in the yard. They wanted to film a scene for some kind of high school football movie.

After "The Blind Side" came out, we were asked "Did you know your house is in the movie?" We had no idea. Here's a screen cap just before the truck wreck:

Similarly, towards the end of 2009, had a knock on the door. A location scout was looking for a Victorian styled house for a movie to be named "Hall Pass". Here's a pic from preview number 4:

The filming was done about a year ago. They added the bushes, dyed the lawn green, and tied silk leaves and flowers to the trees and shrubs.

I figured there were over 100 people wondering around the area the day of filming!

My basement-garage was used as a "command center".

The scene was filmed from all different angles, including from the front foyer.

It was a really interesting experience. We were specifically told not to photograph or even talk with the "stars", although Mr. Wilson did ask me some specifics about the house, which was kind of cool. The only prop I was able to snag was a paper one. They made some fake real estate flyers of the house (seen on the little table on the left).
