I'd love to have the chance of have a basement like that (or should I say a private movie museum). Great and careful display and great light. Better than some museums you go to.
Must be quite a unique experience to watch a movie on that room!

Hyperdyne, I made the stand, they are 3' tall, just had some black laminated wood boards cut to specs at Home Depot, if you notice they have a recess top, I screwed "L" brackets inside and added aluminum trim on corners to finish the look.

Streeter1981, the return booots were custom made, no way as accurate as I would have liked, so the search goes on.

I always change stuff around, but to date this is the best set up I could come up within the space, soon to be added is lifesize Captain America, R2D2 and C3P0.

agreed, very nice. i loved your colour scheme and the carpet is quite nice. it shows navy on my monitor. is that right? I too like those black display stands. very classy. could you perhaps take a closer pic of one? i'd like to see it close up ;) the recessed top.

superman looks nice as do all the costumes. needs a hic though;) and a fett and a etc etc. time to extend no?

WOW- I'm really impressed. Can you tell me the origins of the Star Wars ship models? They- and your collection in general- are really stunning. I especially liked how you've arranged the sabers as well as the matching SW posters for the models in front of them. Nicely done!

Quality AND quantity, but doesn't feel cramped either! Very impressive. Looks like a fun place to kick back and enjoy a film!
