I think you can take it to a decal printing place..my frind is in a car club n he made a sticker with them there's one like 5 minutes from where i work...i can find out...also seems that the ED is the same letterin..if you print out the other words they can make the ED

I have somebody in the texas area that could do them in vinyl, but i saw bigturc painted the ones on his helmet, and i want to paint mine i think, not sure yet, let me know if you need a quote i will need dimensions thou

SMOKE has a decal printing bussines, is the guy i was talking about, and he told me he could do them, i just need to send him the scale(dimensions)

it would depend on the scaling of you're armor right?

If you have access to an airbrush, definitely paint these .. it will look much better in the end!!! :thumbsup

Bigturc is absolutely right, if there is a way to get this stenciled so it can be painted on, that would be more "real" looking and probably best.:cool
However, that having been said, LOL!, if we can get a good set of decals in the right scale, I am seriously in!:lol:$
Decals with a coat of matte or gloss clear over it will look really sweet and be so much less work in a build that has so much work already..:)

Do your legs fit nice with that scale or have you not tried them yet? I'm getting ready to start mine and I'm trying to figure exactly where to measure and other people's scales to go off of.

Oh man, those images with the decals is exactly what I've been looking for. Thanks so much!

I was hoping to go a little further with mine and put a pilot/callsign on the helmet (thinking Top Gun here), and then handpainting a slogan on the minigun motor shroud. I was watching Aliens and thought about putting what Ferro had on her helmet ("fly the friendly skies") or even better, putting "peace through superior firepower" like on Frost's shirt.

Just some fun ideas.

i am also building on my war machine suit since some months. i started very naive and ignored the scaling:facepalm, so i build some parts multiple. but thanks to propnoob, your scaling helped me alot.
Sorry, my english sucks, but i made some pictures. :)



first helmet (resin test), second 1.0 & third 1.05



torso 1.0 - 1.7 - 1.5



legs 1.56 and 1.48




elbow & upper arm 1.4 - 1.3 - 1.1



the next weeks i will resin all parts, if the weather is good.

Can you post a picture on how to assemble and mount the gatling gun from wondersquid? I'm stump where one of the barrel rings go. Is it in the front or back? Thanks.
