Thanks all ...funny how stuff pops back up over time.....wing span is 3 ft (not heavy at all--made of foam )....I never made the lectern, but did add the candles to the back...and changed the gold base to a walnut stained wood base....

How did you make the ball to light up evenly while having the rods go through it? I'm wanting to attempt something similar as a prop for my wedding, so any tips would be helpful.

Hi Im getting married in June and we are having a harry potter themed wedding (I know nerdy lol)and haven't got your talent for creativity.
