1. Bought some cheap neoprene surfer shoes & a can of polyurethane foam (uised for sealing windows...)

3. let it dry (some water sprayed on the foam helped to speed up the process)
4. cut out the basic form auf the P1-Feet, then get step by step closer to the final look
5. make some nails from FIMO, insert a thin piece of plastic (old yoghurt pot) to get a slit in the FIMO
6. FIMO in the ofen, get it out glue the plastic peace in there
7. sand the foam
8. put latex on (2 - 3 layers of thik latex paste)
9. let it dry then cut slits in the latex and foam, plug the FIMO-nails with plstic strip in there (hot clue)
10. paint it with acylic paints, I used airbrush colors

5. put some filler / surfacer / putty on the cast to create a surface
6. Cut it up/down in a nice shape and around to cut the lower part from the rest
7. hot clue a fomie part / spacer in the lower part

Basically I followed the wonderfull Mr.-I tutorial(!)
I just discovered that the suit shrings arount 10 %, so buy a suit with a little space!
1. Make a tape dummy
2. cover the whole suit with thick latex paste not the thin milk 2 times
3. cut the chest with a sharp knife and fill the muscles a little bit with foam rubber / sponge rubber and stitch it togehter
4. Create more body muscles (8-pack) with cutton pads and styrofoam balls for pimples / spots / hickeys
5. put latex on by tapping the latex with a piece of soft foam rubber on the suit min. 2 times
6. use colored latex to paint the big areas, like the dark back, its way better then airbrushing everthing later on
7. paint the whole suit with airbrush (semi-transparentI) color mixed with PROS-AID adhesive
8. For the big areas like the back, I used a pattern t get these black / brown stains
9. after finishing with the paint seal the suit with LIQUITEX MATTE VARNISH or PERMA-WET GLOSS Coating
10. Throw a (fishing) net with a 35-45 mm mesh size over the suit closed starting with the legs
11. Leave a V-cut out pen in the back to get in to the suit
12. dummy stuff out and wear it

I got a cheap sideshow resin cannon from a e-Auction and used it here.
1. I used a thermal insulation for heatings and bend it with a hair dryer (hot)
2. cut out some fomie parts fr the sharp edges, hot clue them on
3. closed the side with foamie, but make sure to have some supports clued in
4. put some technically looking stuff on
5. cut out the backside from fomies and hot clued a stripe of 2mm hard plastic on the inside
6. create a key keyhole kind of mounting socket (to be able to take of the big medi kit)
7. hot clue the other part of the key keyhole on the medikit
8. create the shulder cannon holder / bridge. I made this from two parts of foamie and a hard plasic in the same shape
9. cover everthing in children white glue
10. paint it with hammered silver metal and create the used and dirty look with black semi-trans. airbrush paint
