My First Pepakura foam Ironman MK 7

Hey guys? Got a small problem... Im working on the MK7 Feet and I have the right foot done and its 3 pieces. Toe heel and top cover. How do you guys put yours or assemble yours? And since this is foam and its made to go over my steel toe boots, how do you make it so that the foam doesnt squish or tare under my 155lbs? Photos would be really helpful.

Well i decided to paint up the foam today. Put a few layers of watered down wood glue on it and then a coat of flat water based red paint which was free from the recycle place in town. Then I spray painted it with a deep red and masked off the areas for the silver and light gold. Still have to make this shiny glossy somehow without using an entire spray can on just the torso. I know ill have to get annother can of paint before this is over. I didnt use the plastidip. I wanted to see how this would work. So far so good. I also bought a black zentai suit for the undersuit. I wanted to use under armor but too expensive. Ill have to modify the zentai when I get it in the mail. Cut out a face area, and modify the zipper so i can easily get in and out of the suit.

OK Have the legs almost done but omfg what is going on here? How do i get this all to fit properly? It just doesnt look right at all.

I wont have internet for a couple days but can access it when im at starbucks using their wifi.

Ok got the lower legs attached to upper legs. Then i attached those to the hip pod and cod armor. What a bitch to put on. I May have to do some buckle magic to get this to work right. The boots also are almost high heal the way they came out. Ill need to fiberglass the sole inside just to be able to walk without taring it appart while walking.

Vince, are you experiencing any cracking or wrinkling when trying on or assembling the painted suit?

Yes. Since its foam its crackling and wrinkling in the areas that are flexing but nothing has flaked off yet.
