Brilliant original design and weathering. Reminds me a bit of the character Zer0 from Borderlands 2.
Looks really good!!! Congrats!
Cracking looking costume :cool
Good job looks great!
Kidd Six - Thanks a lot! I had a lot of fun building this costume! I currently have it set up in my office and it's definitely an awesome conversation piece!Looking for LMS reference pictures to start thinking of my own costume, I stumbled on this post and site and just had to sign-up...and I'm blown away! For a first cosplay costume, it looks absolutely stunning!
Your armor work using the foam looks very clean and I love the weathering/damage effect, it looks 'genuine'.
I'm also glad you listed where you got the helmet from...I might have to take a look into trying for my own![]()
hammer326 - I'm sure your first project is better than you think! We are all our worst critic! Trust me, I see a ton of stuff in this build I would do differently! Every project is a learning experience!Hell of a lot better job than my first sack of crapSuperb, especially the weathering! I have a wood burning tool somewhere(for those who wonder, a nice modular soldering iron like you may already own=nearly the exact same thing, so try weathering with that sometime) and now I really wanna dig the thing out.
Great work!!
For the first cosplay u done this is awesome! :thumbsup
