In pepakura designer you need to go to :
2DPatternWindow--------Change The Scale Of Development-----Specify The Scale.
There you can change the Hight,Width and Depth of the object (the helmet)
I dont know what measurement system you use in argentena but pepakura is in millimeters
so a 100 mm are 10 centimeters...

Left click the mouse----
Now it's in two parts..

Now every edge has a tiny ball. Left click on one ball and then left click and hold the button. Now move the mouse --- The part should move around in a circle now.
Move it so that it fit the paper.
