My "as close to screen used as possible" proton pack build.

Hello! Been working away a ghostbusters proton pack for about a few months now using the most accurate parts I could get my hands on. The shell is one of Ross's production shells along with a bumper cast from a screen used pack. All the dials, knobs and fittings are real and I used metal in all the same places as the hero packs (yup that means a full metal thrower too).

Ok here are the photos. Just got a few small details left to add.

WOW! You nailed it! Fantastic job! Even the scratches are near identical. Now that's dedication and attention to details. BRAVO!

Beautiful work and, as noted, great attention to detail (y)thumbsup:thumbsup

Good job...

I don't like this "too much used & broken" look, no problem with old and used look, but the missing loom at the tubes on the injector tubes, missing labels, etc. are a little bit too much for me...

But I know it's not your first pack build, so it's a nice project, if you like this look of the screenused pack... But still a good pack build after all... :thumbsup

I love it, certainly the best I've seen. One small thing, it would help to tone down the black if you applied an oil based neutral/brown wash to it. You can see the very subtle brown tone on the screen used pack. Even without this it's still outstanding.

Thankyou to you all for the kind words :) Bobamaker Ill look into the wash idea! Although I may just leave it to age naturally.

Wow. This is absolutely my holy grail item. Hopefully I'll be working on something similar in a few months. What great inspiration; thanks for sharing!

Truly amazing! Never seen the thick shoulder pads done before. That detail gets two thumbs WAAAY up!
