Have you had issues with fragility of the printed product? I had bought one off of ETSY and it kind of was fragile.

No problems at all, I used shapeways white strong and flexible plastic which is very strong and lightweight .

Hey guys! So I found a guy who would do it for us with exceptional detail. He is asking that we offer a fair price and he will give us a model that is as accurate as the video or better. I'm also getting him to design it so electronics can be added and so it can be moved around (also trying to implement the new head tracking movement from the other threads.) anyone interested in pitching in?
