My 11th doctor costume

So for the past couple months i've had an 11th doctor costume but since seeing the new costume he has for season 6 i think i'd like to make it a bit more accurate. here is my original costume (with a few villians )

now the problems with this are that the jacket is to large, the pants are low rise so they don't feel comfortable with a shirt tucked in, the shirt's collar fits weird with a bow tie. the boots don't look vey good either
now i've already purchased a new coat and shirt and will post pictures when they come in the mail.
i probably wont get the boots for a while because i am in high school so i never have any money :wacko
any help will be appreciated

Where did you get them from? What was wrong with them?

i will post pics when i can but basically the tweed jackets color is wrong. On Ebay it looked brown, but in real life it was grey. I suppose that's what i get for buying this on Ebay though. The shirt actually is not that bad, it's mostly the feel of it. The neck is too small and the sleeves are too short. The pattern on it is not really a windowpane but more of a criss crossing lines, which i as already aware of but am slightly disappointed in. Overall most of this is just my fault, but these were cheap items so not too much damage was done
