Sonic the Hedgehog 3: Doctor Robotnik's vest logo (HELP)

Hey guys!

Just wanted to ask quickly, does anyone know or can identify the logo seen on Dr Robotnik's vest (tank top for the Americans) seen in the trailer for Sonic 3?

It's a head silhouette with a circuit brain, radiation warning eyes and something coming out of the mouth. Underneath is text, with the last four letters on one line being CIAL

I was thinking it was a reference to one of Jim Carrey's favourite bands, but so far nothing has come up. And it's bugging me, because I swear I've seen it somewhere before.

Thank you!

BUMP - okay, going back to the trailer, this is without a doubt the CLEAREST look I have so far:

The exposed text is now FICIAL

Superficial? Sacrificial? Artificial? We're getting closer

UPDATE: Theory - because of the circuit brain and the vomit looking like circuits, I'm leaning towards the text being ARTIFICIAL, for artificial intelligence. Maybe it's a campaign for/against AI? I know Jim Carrey is against it

UPDATE:

After seeing the Sonic movie several days ago, I can confirm, the shirt does indeed say "Artificial Indifference". When the movie comes out on home/digital release, I plan to grab some HD screenshots to hopefully help someone design and make the shirt itself.

SO we have a small update on this.
A couple of days ago, I found a video posted on the sonicmovie instagram account from Eleanor Baker, the costume designer for Sonic 3, which showed off the various costumes used for Ivo and Gerald Robotnik. You can find the video here:
One of the costumes that was shown off, as you can probably guess, was the costume worn by Ivo during his introduction in the movie, which gave some pretty clear images of the vest in question.

While the resolution of the image isn't the clearest, it let me make an approximate mockup of the main design here

(this is under the assumption that the weird neck shape is a result of the folded vest). My lineart isn't the neatest, so it's only as a rough idea, not the final product.
The text font is a mystery to me, I can't help but think it's related to a Sonic game, I'm sure I've seen it before. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

Also, just a fun little detail:

Einstein slippers, complete with some yellow socks with a blue and red pattern, and some grey cuffed sweatpants.

Thanks, all!

Offtopic, but as someone who collects vintage clothing catalogues printed in Scotland by and for Scottish firms, I'll mention that "waistcoat" and "vest" are used interchangeably referring to the same garment from my earliest catalogue (1907) up through the 1930s. Sometimes "waistcoat" and "vest" both appear in the same page, or even in the same paragraph, referring to the same item.

From that evidence it seems that at some point, perhaps during or soon after World War Two, the meaning of "vest" shifted in Britain while in the US "vest" retained its original British meaning.

It does make me wonder what a "tank top" was called in Britain prior to WWII. Perhaps "vest" applied to anything worn under a jacket or shirt.

So I will be updating this momentarily, new HD screengrabs are possible now

Still can't get a clear image of the text, though
