a $68 ring for "display purposes" wtf does that mean? Why dont they make it wearable?

And probably a finish that looks good on display but wouldn't stand up to the abuses of being worn.

What I find the most confusing is the number of guns vs. the number of holsters.

The phantom carried 2 guns in the double holster. So, either 125 people are going to have the correct number of guns and holster, while 125 people have a holster but no guns, or 250 people are going to have only 1 gun and a half empty holster.

Plus, I'm wondering if the price for the pistols is for one or two. The wording is a bit suspicious in the title "The Phantom's 1911 Pistols" makes it sound like the price is for two. But somehow, I find that to be highly unlikely. But considering that you can get a full size 1911 with all the same features from IAR for $90, I can't see how the crappy wooden grips are worth $157.50.

Display rings sounds a lot like very soft pewter or other pot metal that'll probably distort the first time you try them on.

whoever wrote the description on the guns knows NOTHING about 1911s "Barrel slides"? err that means somethings broken.... possibly your slide release..
the barrel TILTS, but should NOT slide....... i think it should have said functional slide..... that woulda been better

I was checking these out at comic cone this year, they had a booth, all there products look great, ecxept for the price tags. The guns looked awsome, and the rings even better, they come in a size 10 and a smaller size 12 i believe. They have some awsome x men props also, but again, the price tag!

i mean think about being the "model" that had to model that holster....

he comes in for the job....

Model: "Oh cool! i get to model holsters with guns.... thats cool.... just wait till i tell all the guys at the bar about it!!!"

Model: "wait........ I have to wear WHAT?! dont these panties go on the INSIDE?!

Guess you never read the comic.

a comic book is one thing.............THAT is something else!!

i mean in comics, Wolverine is allowed to wear Yellow...
In comic books you can get away with alot more...
