Muppet builds

Hi Guys, Does anyone know how Gonzo's eye mech works. I understand the simple eye mech using a rod but because Gonzo's eyes are turned this method doesn't work for him. I've been working on a design in 3d to print out and it looks like it might work with a bit of adjustment, What do you guys think any thoughts would be grateful.

Do you think you could give me the pattern for Kermit I really love him but I don't have a pattern of him if you could please post the pattern I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks in advance!!!

Do you have an estimate idea of how much a puppet like that fozzie costs you in terms of materials?
I will give you an itemised list.

Fur £60
Fleace (mouth, hat, eyelids, nose) £20.. But I have spare for other muppets.
Resin cast for eyes £15 (plenty left over)
Velvet for pupils £8 (plenty left over)
Neck tie £15 (enough for two)
Pink and red pens for dots £8 (proberbly a cheaper alternative)
Foam £10
Thread around £3
Stuffing £5
Total around £144

Some materials will last for two builds. He's not a cheap muppet to make and quite large compared to others. I hope that helps

Amazing work! Have you tried Cookie Monster or Oscar before?
Not as yet, I'm currently working on animal. But work is taking priority.. But I have thought about making a cookie monster for my friend she loves him so will see...

I did recently finish a gonzo, but no longer have him as urgent funds where needed but hear he is finished

Your builds are looking very nice! I recently caught the bug and decided to dive in with an Animal build. Pictured is the early mock up based on a more modern Animal (except for the nose). Then I too realized he is going to be way to large and need to begin again. I am finding the process enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your builds! Please continue.

He's looking great, animal has been on my to do list for ages now. Work caught up with me and I haven't had a chance to look into it... Hopefully soon, I look forward to seeing the final result .
I did make another kermit though just to try out the 14oz fleece, he turned out pretty well. Also had a commission for a cookie monster which the person decided he couldn't afford it after I built him which was a shame but I have him next to the other guys..

I've stared at a lot of kermits collecting reference photos over the last month. You have done a very good job on him. He looks great! Pepe is awesome! So need to build him. Nice cookie monster too, sorry they backed out. Working with the 14oz also. It dyed nicely for me but haven't sewn much with it yet.

Thanks.

Yeah the fleece is lovely I've died a burnt orange ready for animal. It's just sitting there. As for sewing with it, it holds its shape nicely, as I use the Henson stitch the fleece I used before would need shaving but not with this (I just need to get used to trying to hide seems better with it).

These look fantastic! Every single one. And together even better. Congratulations!

Hey guys here is my progress on animal. I started again because I wasn't happy with the shape. But he's getting there.

I ran out of feathers, And his teeth are drying.
