Apparently, there's been clarification around the $30 charge. It's not a rental, it's a "purchase" that will give you access to the film as long as you remain a subscriber to Disney+.
If you pay $29.99 to watch 'Mulan' on Disney Plus, it won't be a one-time rental
A representative for Disney Plus confirmed to Insider you'll have access to "Mulan" as long as you're a Disney Plus subscriber.
