Molding help (anaconda head bust)

I’m working on a bust of the snake from the film “anaconda”. My plan was to mold the 3d printed head I have and end up with a latex (or silicone, whatever would work better) head. I’m pretty new to this and don’t have any idea on what use, or even really how to mold so I was hoping someone could give me some advice on what to use (for both making the mold and then casting it). My plan like I said earlier was to use either latex or silicone, but I’m totally open to anybody’s ideas on what would work better.

Hi
If you´re planning to cast in latex plaster would be the choice. Hydrocal or similar would be the best, UltraCal30 or similar (stone plaster) will do too.
For latex you want a porous material.
If you will be casting in silicone then Epoxy+fiberglass, Polyester+fiberglass (will need post curing, styrene inhibits platinum silicones), Acrylic resin+fiberglass, Pu resin (Shell shock+Plastypaste for ex. or others). Uc30 will also work for silicone, heavier mold though.

If you are making a 1/1 scale head, your cost will be astronomical if you go silicone. Also, without experience with silicone you will definitely have a costly learning curve with patching and painting. Ultracal 30 for making a 2 or 3 piece mold with latex is your best bet. Also what is your plan for an under structure? If your latex is thin enough, you can place it on your 3D printed piece.
