It's kind of a trial and error process. I'm building a Mark III (Or I was until it was stolen) and I had to rebuild parts to get the "perfect fit". Do you know what the original scale is? Was a built for a person who is 6'0 feet tall?

Hi it was built to fit a 5 foot 5 person but I am a 5 foot 10 person I can't remember the scale I think it was something along the lines of 428.something

Also sorry to here about your suit getting stolen

Thanks man, just gotta remember the old phrase "**** happens". What you could try to do is this. 5'5= 65 inches. 5'10= 70 inches. Take the suit scale (Let's say it's 10) and divide by 65, then multiply by 70.

Desired Scale=Default Scale / Default Scale (inches) x Your height (inches).

You can find the default scale in Pepakura under "Recalculate Parts Layout" in the 2D menu I believe. This should get it closer to your scale, but you will still probably have to fine tune it and build some parts multiple times. Make sure to check the parts still fit on the paper!
