Looking forward to working this out in foam when the templates are available. Check out the Mk 4 and Patriot suits on my thread if you get the chance. I will put the same skill and attention to detail on this baby when all is ready to go!

Thanks! Yes i will, but nor right now because i still have to make them printable...the model for pepakura is just a surface mesh but i guess this is isn't enough to print it correctly and so i have to make it a solid manifold right? what thickness do you think would be good?
Also of course the files for 3d printing will be a lot more polished and this takes times too
Yes i will! And also the neck piece obviously! But i will start the junkyard thread without those 2 pieces for a discounted price and when they're done the price will probably change... but of course they will be available as a "free upgrade" for those who purchase the suit right from the beginning!
I will also be making the helmet if there is enough interest for it since there already are some good helmets out there...

Looking forward to getting all the finished files, I apparently don't have enough projects on the go, other than finishing the Mark 7, starting the Mark 33, finishing off my Captain America, and building Coulson's BFG for a friend!
