Ok guys, Mitchell sent photos of Gatorbait9696's items tonight. I will upload them here tomorrow. He said these are shipping first. He also said he will email pictures of Jedifyfe's item tomorrow.

I am skeptical too
But... For some reason he is keeping an open line of communication :confused
And taking photos of the items he will ship :confused
I am trying to be positive and hope that maybe pending legal pressure has made him want to ship the stuff back... Even if he is not doing it because he is trying to do the morally right thing, and is only doing it to save his arse against any further legal action.
To me, just getting the few items back here is all I can hope for. If he turns around and starts crap elsewhere by stealing again, at least we got a few things back for people here.

I hate to point this out, but just because he is posting pictures of the things he stole does not mean he still has them.
I seem to remember the the last time there was an effort to get things back we were told he no longer had the items in question.
I'm also of the opinion that he did not need to get the names and addresses of the people he stole from, he knows who he ripped off.
That being said, I hope it works out but will not be surprised if nothing good comes out of it.

Man, I just read this thread for the first time. What a story! First of all: Moviefreak, I think you did a great job helping fellow RPF-ers out here! Indeed, we still have to see if Mitchell will actually send this stuff, but if you don't try, nothing will happen at all.
Really looking forward to the results of this. And Mitchell: if you're reading along here: I think returning all the stuff to the rightfull owners is the only right thing to do, and also the only thing you can do to keep out of trouble. If you're just talking without acting here, don't be surprised that some RPF-members join forces and take further legal action.

Well that settles the issue that he would just steal the image. This is looking better and better.
I have to say that I will be very impressed with Mitchell if he does what he says. It takes a lot for someone to change their ways and if he is truly trying then, good for him. :thumbsup
