Hell now you people have me tempted to go out get actual bricks and paint them metallic gold or brush on gold leaf and then I'll sell em in the JY and call them Mitchell Laine bricks. Course it would'nt be the same as if I passed them, but it would be close.

I emailed the address you posted for poops and grins asking for my stuff back. I was surprised he emailed me and said he was working with you to send everything back and that he need my shipping info. Vagabond I will gladly create a plaque for each gold brick to commemorate the occasion as well as the pigs flying.

So who knows what will happen??? He is keeping an open line of communication.

I think this is mighty fine for you to be doing Rudy, if you can pull this off, you deserve an RPF hero award. I just know this guy has made a lot of promises and it is unlikely he hasn't unloaded at least SOME of the stuff by now. Which leads me to ask, why is he doing this? Are there any trades we don't know about with any other members he is attempting to keep his account open for? Is he delaying police involvement? Maybe he is being genuine?

Maybe he's sitting there laughing at everyone who thinks he's cooperating. Don't get me wrong, I hope he's genuine, but I guess we'll just have to wait to see.

Hey , I am sure he is reading this, and he may or may not come through. If he does, then he will have shown he is serious about rectifying things. If he doesn't come through... Oh well, nothing lost and no harm and he will just have proven himself a lier again. I will try my best, and if we only get two or three of the items back, that is better than nothing.

If you guys think this jerk is sending ANYTHING you're crazy! I mean, what real incentive does he have? The only reason he pretending to be nice is because he got caught. Give him a few days to change his e-mail address and communication will stop...until we catch him again. :lol

BTW, in the insane case that that this chucklehead actually SENDS anything, the TK armor goes to Brad. He was a good guy and sent my stuff back. Of course I'm out the 200.00 I spent for a mannequin (that I now can't use) in anticipation of the promised armor . :confused

Judging by the negativity and bitterness, (abd by what he did it is totally justified) no one is taking this opportunity seriously. I don't know if he will come through myself , but what is the harm in trying? I only got one Pm with an address, so if everyone thinks we shouldn't try, just let me know. I have no beef with this kid as I wasn't scammed, so I don't need to invest the time trying to help out if you guys just want to let it lie. Just let know. I will try to get back the item for the one pm and then I will drop contact with the kid.

Yeah, he was banned. The name was "reap." Going through the ban log, dude has had almost ten accounts.

Well I will give it until mid week then I will send off the names, item owed and addresses to Mitchell. Once I do that, anyone who did not get the info to me will be out of luck. I don't want to waste time if he is serious about shipping. The longer the wait the more chance to change his mind. So if I only hear from one or two people, that is all I will seek to retrieve.

"Kevin emailed me personally and sent me his info. And seeing as he emailed me first I said that I would send his off first. Will be done by Friday. I can also email you the tracking number once done if you like."

I hope everyone gets their gear back though I'm not going to hold my breath for it.

This clown not only ripped off members here but also ripped off members on various 501st forums for items and money. To date nothing returned and no action from police.

I also know he has 5 warrants out for his arrest atm, but keeps moving to avoid the police. This info was provided by a friend who is a cop and is up to date with the whole Mitchel Laine story.

Sorry for sounding negative but I don't believe he will change.

So being the optimist that I am, I would figure that he never wrote the addresses down because he was scamming us. Now, IF, he is truly going to right his wrongs, he would need them. Besides people can get mailing addresses easy on the Internet. If he wants to commit fraud he could do it with just our names.
