After looking at some other bomber jackets by Bruno, I’m not so convinced anymore that what Ryan Reynolds is wearing is even close. If you look closely enough in that second pic I posted, you can see the cinch in the back. By the cuff on his sleeve. Looking at one of the B.C. jackets from last year, this is something they do with their bomber jackets. It’s a common design for them. The search continues!

I think the Brunello is modified just like the Varvatos jacket. Look how on cruise it kind of rides up in the back, I’m thinking the cinch was removed to make it less of a blouson.
The jumper sweater in Kashmir is most likely a n. Peal mockneck jumper in cashmere from Scotland.

I can’t confirm anything about the Brunello, since the jacket from the film has intrinsically different characteristics from it, and I don’t even know if there’s been a confirmed base jacket. So far, none of the N.Peal sweaters have the correct waistband, so I’ve ruled those out. I’ll make sure to check out Orelbar or Varvatos for the shirt.

There is not detail on the waist of the sweater, look at your pictures you lightened.
The sweater is just folded up a bit exposing the back.
Also to throw another wrench, the blue bomber in your photos there are more then one. The zipper on most is on the European side, but in the photo of him getting into a car it reverts back to the American side. It’s not a flipped negative because his hair part stays the same.
Also the stunt doubles trucker jacket has a different button configuration so that’s another difference.

You got me on the last one, but the photo I brightened shows a unique stitch pattern in the folded up section, which is not on any N.Peal sweaters that I could see...

The waistband is too thick too be a match in my opinion, but the raglan seams are accurate. I’ll post some photos of the sweater from behind the scenes later.

I don’t see the seam well in those photos, I figured since Tom is umm “height challenged ,” you see the bottom hemmed a bit shorter and it’s folded up on the bottom, but I’ll throw this out. I think if not the N. Peal it may be a John smedley I think it’s called the harcourt.
