Missing B/W SciFi show...Anyone

I saw a show years ago that i thought was twilight zone but I cant find it. An astronaut falls in love the day before his 60 year trip to Alpha Centari. The irony is that he won't age on the trip so when he gets back, she will be an old woman or dead. Surprise, she goes into cryo to wait for his return, but he breaks out of cryo thinking about her. This old man gets of the ship to find her exactly as he left her.

I couldn't find it listed on Netflix TZ. I also checked Outer Limits. Any ideas?

That's weird, I just checked Netflix and it's there, season 5, episode 15.
