I reckon it's about 1/3 of a ton with the scaffold poles and wheels on but it was necessary to attach them first in order to have something to land on. Yeah it was a little hairy at the tipping point but I had a rope brake to lower it down gently.

Awesome work, stunning museum. Hope the Covid issue calms down until summer next year, and I might plan to do a 10 hour drive upwards for a visit

Thank goodness the flipping turned out safe, at worst case, if you would have crashed it, you still could have continued for a "Solo"-post-Kessel Run-version.

Thanks guys, quick update... got the boxes built and fitted the upper deck skin on the port topside. Also the templating is underway

And all the ply skin primed

Cheers guys...got most of the greeblies on the port topside...and there are a LOT. And it's only half!. Mostly, of course, the awesome jigsaw that is the Upper Deck but also finished the Sub-Assembly Pit, Docking Arm and Gun Platform. Some more to do on the Top Jaw and around the Dish but it's coming along. It's frustrating that so many pieces fit along the centre line, and I will have to wait until the 2 halves are joined, to fit them

And got the first basecoat on

OK in all seriousness … What are you guys charging whoever you’re giving this to? Because this is got to be like a $10,000 thing! I remember when I was at the Hot Toys booth with Sideshow and they had the cockpit for the falcon that fit to 1/6 figures they told me that if they decided to make this thing it would be like five grand! This thing is amazing in the time that you guys are putting into this in the details are just incredible! Fantastic job I just cannot wait to see what it looks like when you’re finished. I would love to have one of these and a 1/6 scale slave one but my God I’d have to live in it!
