I want to do something like this:

But I have no idea what to use for the visor. Some places like Oakley have stuff like hockey face shields, but they're not domed like this. I need something like a polycarbonate bubble. Ideas?

Vacform will give you the desired shape.
You would neen to make a buck (mold) to have the plastic pulled over.
Ultracal would be what I would use.

Also, I'd like it to be incredibly resilient. I play airsoft, and would like the visor to be able to take a hit from a projectile going several hundred feet per second.
