Metal Captain America Shield.

Hi guys!

I'm not sure if this is in the right place but I have a spun aluminium shield that has some strange marks/crystals? Under the glaze of the centre white/silver ring?

I was wondering if there is anyone in the UK near-ish to the Oxford area that resprays items?
