Did a quick Google search can see pictures of it but nothing close up, a good screen captured image would help.

I need to source a good screen capture program for my PC.

I found the good pic of " Patrick jane " on blue bottom, to find the good text above barre code normally owe being of earth written in red, I always search the good logo CBI, therefore if among you have a good screen-cap I am taker.

Thanks for the pic. Looks similar to a US DEA shield. In California the real agency is the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Investigation and Intelligence (B.I.I.). Here is what their issued shield looks like:

yes its like dea-badge with another centrum.
some websites - like cliponbadges - use the seal of california for their replicas. but i think it isn't the right seal. i searched many websites, but can't find a high resolution pic of the metal badge.
so, if anyone hav a great picture, please share with us.
