Did a test print today to check if the screen grabbed 'tabloid photos' looked decent enough AND believable enough to move forward towards completion, and they look great.

looks like I'm gonna do:

'Pope a father!'
'Satan escapes from Bell'
'Alien stole my husbands skin'
'Detroit has car that defies gravity'
'UFO made me miss home run'
and of course
'man awakens from 35 year coma'

too fun!
ill be doing a nice cheap run too

EDIT: I have some WWNs from about that time period; if you need a scan of their logo, or bar code or anything like that.

Thanks for the offer Mike, but I was able to ID all the fonts and such, so the logos are nice and sharp.

The 'finished props/ you see here are 72 dpi, so you can imagine how sharp the full sized 11x11 300 dpi props are (seen in the posts above)

I'm just about done with the other two, which are magazine sized unlike these. I'm digging through the films to see if i'm missing anything, but i think these will be it!

I'm pondering selling the set shipped for around $35 shipped.

Smaller than the tabloid at the end of the film, but none the less fun. Had a heck of a time getting a non blurry pic of His Holiness, but it's fairly solid.
