The problem is that no one can get ahold of them in any form.

Well several of their employees are on the forums, and have chimed in before when it suits them. Surely they have seen and are aware of this thread. SAT must just not have anything to say to us, or they just don't care enough to. If they haven't said anything by now, not hearing from them for another couple of months wouldn't surprise me in the least.

I've e-mailed SAT AND EFX two times asking for an update, but have not received an answer. :/

I've also emailed SAT twice and have yet to receive a response, but to be fair, the second email went out yesterday.

I'll give them a few days and then I'm going to call.

Frankly, this lack of communication, after taking nonrefundable deposits, is unacceptable IMHO.

My sources tell me they were working on a new neuralyzer... Something went wrong with the prototype during testing and the neuralyzer unexpectedly went off and erased everyone's memory..

Sent my $100.00 deposit back in June 2012 and haven't heard from them since.
They don't responnd to emails so I asked for a refund, same response "none".
Any updates when this item might be shipped ?
