DarkJediInc, aka Apogee1, aka Sith Master, aka Mr. Bones, now goes by the name SPFX in the prop community. For the record, while a member of the RPF he implied that he was John Dykstra, and outright said that he worked on ANH. He also used his SP accounts to have conversations with himself to cement the deception that they were two separate people.

First, he showed off a primered Code 3 Vader TIE and tried to pass it off as a pattern for a "scratchbuilt" kit. He even took orders for it (off site). When caught, he claimed it was simply for demonstration purposes and that all along he'd intented on molding a truly scratchbuilt master. Hmm. Due to a perceived extreme naivte and voluntary cancellation of the project, we allowed the vocal disapproval by the membership to stand as his punishment.

THEN, he put three recast Salzo X-Wings on eBay. Again, he claimed ignorance of their origin, blaming it on his unnamed source of the kits, and withdrew the auctions. Salzo considered the matter closed at that point so we didn't pursue it further, but... HMMM once again.

NOW he has "typosquatted" the RPF by creating a nearly identical forum with a nearly identical address. Now, we certainly don't begrudge the creation of other prop forums. Happens all the time. But the manner in which studioscale has done so is very reflective of the kind of unscrupulous behavior he has been demonstrating all along.
