MCU Spider-Man Build (SPOILERS)

Honestly, I don't think that's the case, this is not the Iron Spider, since marvel usually sticks to source material really well it would be the right colors

Because, this is a robot suit, you can see this is not a normal cloth, he has a movable eye, belt, a technologic web.
On the first trailer the focus is IronMan glove stoping a bullet, and is somekind of a cloth wat he used. And between in the lines have a space, and the black parts is hardness
I Think this is be the most technological suit of the tony stark collection. (sorry for my english)

His glove isn't a cloth, it's his metallic watch, seems like an advanced suitcase suit concept. Miniaturized technology.

I'd say its a mix. Giving a guess from freeze frames. The watch is like the Mark 5 suitcase suit, but the metal is first behaving like cloth. Stark has probably invested in nano tech and this is a result. A more portable defense measure incase of emergency. So its likely whatever Stark learnt from this glove he applied to the Spidey suit

Trying to make the pattern

Junior those are amazing
Also I should point out that the shoulder black doesn't go over the blue
Other than that it's fantastic and I agree you should watermark

I think a person can actually make functioning eyes for a replica costume, but it's gonna take a someone with serious eye for engineering. I'm picturing a pulley system, as TheseusPro there are several slides that move to make the iris. Now where the "eye for engineering" comes into play, they'll have to design the grooves/hinges/etc of the slides with a string running though them so that when you pull one end of the string it closes the iris and pull the other end to open it. Run these strings through the arms of the costume to give the wearer control. Bonus points: if you hide a motor in the webshooter and use the palm buttons to control it. Controlling each eye separately would give a costumer a get gimmick.

I might play around with the idea but I doubt I can crack it, so I just wanted to throw it out for anyone smarter/more skilled than me.

While the eyes in the trailer is cgi the creators of the MCU are really great at making everything seem practical which gives me hope that this is possible to pull off.

Designing the blades is probably one of the most challenging parts the wire system probably not so much, but getting a smooth motion is a pain especially making it low profile

Now I do enjoy the disscussion about the suit, however please remember that this is a build thread, even though there hasn't been much actual building yet. Please keep the discussion to about the suit itself, and not dye sub patterns, or things like that. Thank You!

Oh, for sure it is stitched in. IF you look at the high res pic, it almost looks kinda like there is light red web like stitching or framing on the actual red of the body.

I don't know if anyone else has caught/mentioned this, but it appears there is a faceshell, or some kind of face apparatus under the mask
It doesn't look like stitching to me, but something UNDER his mask

The black webbing looks stitched, but I'm not quite sure what you're talking about with the light red web like stitching. I see lines that look lighter on the face and body, but it looks like they are impressions from under the suit.
