A new piece of footage was shown in a new trailer, it shows a close-up of the FF's watch/Comm.

Not sure whether it is a custom machined aluminium face plate or a found watch that was adapted. One for the horologists to possibly help out with.

I'm fairly certain it was something custom-made for the film. Fossil recently partnered with Marvel to "create an authentic replica of the Reed tech wrist-computer featured in the upcoming film Marvel Studios' Fantastic Four: First Steps." I don't know exactly what will be on the screens (other than the "alert" we've already seen), but this seems pretty close to 100% in every other way.

Apparently it's a limited edition of 804 pieces. I snagged one when it released yesterday, and should have it by the end of the week. I can do review and leave it here, if you like.

Looks great. I look forward to seeing yours when it arrives.

Man, those sold out fast! In less than 8 hours, but what do you expect with such a limited number of 804 on planet earth?
Too bad I didn’t get one.

I GOT TWO!

Thanks for the alert on this...I'm over in Tokyo, so there's always a sale delay here, seeing it here allowed me to jump on the release here (a day or so after maybe?) and get one!

Cool piece of kit....I have a Dick Tracy hat and outfit waiting to happen too, so this works for that too!

Appreciated!

Also, I'd not realised, but it's 804 in the world, not "just" the US...Or Japan...I thought that was interesting too...

Yep, I missed it, I'd read the 804 initially, but presumed that was the usual "to America" limit...They usually do that...

Incidentally, why did you get two?

Ahh...Cool cool..

I was thinking it was for resale....I worked at the Tokyo Comic Con last year and saw the resellers stockpiling the boxes up at the side of the auditorium, wanted to slap some of them senseless for being such huge twerps....

Glad to be wrong! And apologies for the assumption!
