I've been thinking about trying to make a folding M8 rifle for a while now
After the all foam M8 I built last year I thought I try this crazy idea
I was originally going to modify a Nerf deploy which seemed perfect for the job
But upon acquiring one I think it will probably be 'too fat' to build around, though it has given me some great ideas about how to make a folding pistol grip :lol
Then I saw this

and thought it would probably be a much simpler build if I used a similar system
I've been wracking my brain trying to think of the simplest effective way to build this so I thought I'd ask here and see if you guys had any ideas?
I've attached a pic of the M8 I've already built based off the volpin/soaring hammer plans as well as a pic of the rifle folded and unfolded
