Marty Mcfly Senior's watch from BTTF2 ID the parts help

Okay, so I have been trying for years (on and off) to ID these parts. I know the main watch part is a Timex IronMan Triathalon BUT I have yet to find the red version like this one is. Can anyone else help out ID'ing the actual watch, band and side parts?

Never seen this prop up close before, I used to have the same watch, but without the red.

I think it will be long gone, but I'll have a look and see if it's still about.

The 'speakers' on the side look like resin casts of a zipper pull.

The band looks like a 'stretch' steel type, which could have been customised (as in, painting the red bits) for the prop. It might not exist as a real world item.

That would be my guess. The red trim about the watch's crystal might be painted as well.

I thought about that myself, but i don't think so now, It looks scratched built.

They might be dressed-up nosepads from a pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses.
