Space 1999 EVA Pack Parts ID?

Hi, looking to ID a couple of parts from the EVA/Jetpack from Space 1999.

First is what looks like a two part pipe clamp of some kind. I've searched this and not come up with anything, so any help is appreciated. Tube diameter is approx 19mm, 0.75 inches.

Second seems to be a bracket of some kind, approx 12.cm/5 inches long. Again, any very welcome!
