Here's some progress on my jumpsuit. Neoprene + wetsuit pattern. I've never sewn or used a pattern before so this was a learning experience. The sewing machine I borrowed wasn't able to sew the neoprene so I cut out the seam allowances and rubber cemented the pieces together. It seems to be pretty sturdy so far. I'll probably hand stitch the areas that are tightest just to be sure. Next I'll be adding horizontal ribbing around the arms and legs and then painting it all. Stayed tuned as this project comes to a head in the next few days!
