Would it be possible to get these files in .pdf format? It is cheaper to have them printed at a shop, especially since they are A3. And I can't find a shop that can print a .pdo file.

You have a mac?that's why you need the pdf? However they're in A4 which is half of an A3...be careful with that...
 
I don't have a mac... I'm just computer-retarded! :lol But I figured out how to re-size the paper setting in Pepakura Designer and I am just going to re-arrange the pieces to fit 8 1/2x11 paper size. I have a brand new block of 110lb. card-stock I bought today, so I will be printing and cutting tomorrow! :) (I don't know why I said A3... I remember you said it was A4, but I think I got it now. Thanks! :) )

here is a update on the 3d printed helmet, I believe I have it scaled correctly and have 2 parts finished (each section takes about 5 hours to print so I can only print one per night) I cracked the glass that it prints on tonight so it might be a little bit before I can finish printing it. Here is a pic of the finished sections. 2013-05-01 06.27.13.jpg
 
It looked REALLY weird, until I realized the part not finished was the other half. Thanks for posting the pic. I can't wait to get mine pepped, now. :)

I just checked the foam edit, and it is still deleted... I finally loaded up my printer with 110lb. card and modified the layout to fit 8.5x11in.; printed it out and I am ready to go! (Sorry I can't share... I don't have the full version, so it wouldn't let me save.) Only 22 pages... :( I should have some pics up in a couple of days. It's gonna take me a while to cut out all those tiny pieces, but nothing beats paper for detail! :) I wouldn't mind the foam edit, though. Eventually I would like to build all the suits at half-scale, for a "hall of armor", but I don't have the space for a full-size collection. Any-body else, going paper?
