I made my own leather holster for my Mando blaster. I have the Blaster Factory version, and it was made to fit that. I started with some photos I found online of others’ holsters and then made a pattern for it.
It’s made out of 5oz veg tan, dyed with Fiebing's dark brown. Then it’s saddle stitched with a 4mm spacing.
I don’t think this is scree-accurate, but I added some lace at the bottom to tie it to my leg, which makes it a lot easier and cleaner to draw the blaster (as you can see in the photos, I had to adjust the placement of the lacing to keep it from interfering with the blaster as it was put into the holster).
This was the first hand leather stitching I had done, and I’m really happy with how it all turned out.
I also attached the pattern I made, if anyone wants to make one.
