I just figured he was in hand cuffs because he first revealed himself to the world, and of course our first reaction would be to send in the military. That or he gets framed by Zod and takes the fall being the do gooder he is.

Going on that trailer, I think this is the Supe movie we've all been waiting on. I wasn't actually to bothered up until now but now I can't wait!

well, i gotta admit i got goosebumps from the feel of the trailer, but there is still a lot that bugs me. it might be that the scenes in the trailer are so incoherent, like: he has a beard, he has no beard, beard, little beard, no beard... i cant tell if its somewhere in the beginning or at the end, that bugs me.
also, i still think its frikken stupid, that they gave him contrails.
and that right before he takes off, he puts his hand on the ground and all the stones dust etc just start moving, by his sheer awesomeness.

oh boy, im torn.

I have some goosebumps! It LOOKs like they are getting to the heart of the character which is great. I expect some awesome visuals but I hope they are able to make me care about the characters! The internal struggle Clark seems to be facing gives me hope.

Moody garbage - Zack is a poor man's Michael Bay - meaning they can capture a pretty image but thats about it. That meditation music playing in the BG already signals this will be another example of how Snyder relies on music to covey the emotion he wants his audience to feel.

I've been on the fence about Snyder's "Man of Steel" since it was announced, but after seeing the latest trailer, I'm stoked. It looks pretty damn awesome.

I believe what I just saw was one of the coolest trailers of the year. I am not going to allow this trailer to hype my anticipation for this film to go into the most improbable levels of greatness, but I do think it will be a good movie to see. Hopefully I am not disappointed...

It indicates a character, played by Christina Wren, named Captain Carrie Farris. I know it's not the same spelling, but it could be the first step towards an integrated universe of movies, this one a nod to Green Lantern. It's even funnier when you see that Christopher Meloni is in the movie, and he provided the voice of Hal Jordan in Green Lantern: First Flight.
