This is my version of the Jayne Cobb wrist strap from Firefly Serenity.
I started with two seriously cheesy dog collars from the dollar store which I used for the hard ware and a long 22" x 3 1/2" piece of material
I cut out the pattern, folded over the 2" long strip from one side and secured the hardware with a pop rivit.
I then cut the over side to match and make the long straps
I made a small slice in the thickest part and slipped the straps through with a razor blade
PROBLEM!!!
I noticed that the buckles didn't line up, so I had to unpop the pop rivet and move the higher buckle up.
Slipped the straps back through
Pulled them down and back around and then buckled them back up
This is the look with the glove
Now along with my knife sheath and all my other stuff... I am ready for iCON on Long Island which starts this Friday.
