I've seen simple circuit patterns done with a ruler and small pointed (needle) file. We are using an engraving bit in our CNC router. We have also used a 60 degree V bit when we want a wider line. Older bits are actually better, because we are looking for a scratched path- smooth is bad. It might also be achievable with a vinyl decal mask, then sandblast the acrylic, but that seems like a huge pain ;-)

I absolutely love the entire ship, the display screens are amazing. I can definitely tell where some of the inspirations came from within Stargate. Can't wait to see more, keep up the amazing work.
