So my son wants to be a flame trooper for Halloween. I have no problems getting the costume from Target. But the thrower back pack as to go.. So I decided to make him a much better version. I am writing down some ideas. My IDEAL prop would be to have a functioning (not real fire though LOL) thrower.)
I found this
heavy cardboard tube used for pouring concrete columns I figured it would be perfect. I can cut it into two pieces. I already have assorted pvc tubes and joints for the look of it.. for the actual function. here is my thought.. I want to place one of these
(the one hanging from the chain)
I. My idea is if I have one in each tank(upside down) the air will travel down the hose(I will couple the two tanks together into one hose) to the thrower nozel. Where I will transplant the fabric flames and LED for the color. I can extend the on and off switches and swap them out for momentary switches so it only turns on when you pull the trigger...
Does this seem like it will work?
